Description
Concealed pendent sprinklers hide above the ceiling behind a decorative cover plate. In a fire, the plate’s solder melts, the plate drops, and the 68°C bulb opens to release water.
They are ideal for high-end interiors such as hotels, boardrooms, and lobbies where exposed sprinklers are undesirable. Once activated, performance is comparable to standard pendent sprinklers.
Cover plates are UL 1626 listed and must remain paint-free to avoid disabling the release mechanism.
