The 3 Ltr model is marked 15F on the extinguisher label.

Water sinks below burning oil and turns to steam quickly. This can throw flaming oil out of the pan and spread the fire. Use an extinguisher marked for Class K cooking oil and fat fires.

As shown on the label: hold the extinguisher upright and pull out the safety pin; aim the nozzle at the base of the fire from a safe distance; squeeze the lever and sweep from side to side to cover the whole fire area.

The operating temperature is +5°C to +55°C, as marked on the label. Keep the extinguisher where it will not be exposed to temperatures outside this range, for example not directly beside a fryer or burner.
