Diesel Fire Pump (Engine-Driven)

The diesel fire pump provides redundant water flow when electrical power fails. It uses a diesel engine to drive a pump set with capacity similar to the electric pump, ensuring full hydrant coverage during grid outages.

Diesel pumps are equipped with auto-start controllers, dedicated battery systems, and fuel tanks sized for 2–4 hours of runtime. Proper ventilation and exhaust management are critical in pump rooms.
