Description
IG-541 (Inergen) is a blend of nitrogen, argon, and CO₂ that suppresses fire by lowering oxygen levels to about 12–12.5% while still allowing occupants time to evacuate.
It is a clean, environmentally neutral agent with zero ozone depletion and near-zero GWP. Stored at high pressure (200–300 bar), it is ideal for data centers, hospitals, libraries, and telecom rooms.
Systems comply with NFPA 2001 and ISO 14520 and require periodic cylinder weight checks and hydrostatic testing.
